98+ BotM theme suggestions

There could be themed months, like 26ers only, ti only, steel only, before 2010 only, open months, etc, it would narrow down the selection a bit. Every three months would be enough imho

To create themes for the 1998+ era (of MTBish) BoTM.

I'd like to see a 700c hybrid month, but in the pre '98 category, i think i've suggested that already in the pre '98 botm theme suggestions thread.

After enough interest in last months BoTM the competition will be run again in November.

It will be an "Amnesty Special" month, meaning bikes that have previously been entered, as long as they did not win, will also be eligible.

would like to see some showcasing of franken bike builds, mongrels not thoroughbreds, with recycled and upcycled bits, a little ingenuity and egregious mixing of groupsets, I am sure we all have them lurking in a corner somewhere
