94 Kona Hei Hei frame

To the picture, that isn't a 1994 model. Look at the cable routing for the rear mech. Also most (but not all) 1994's have short seat-tube extensions.

The decals look too fresh and suspisicously after-market (the script on "Kona custom).

As ever, the SN helps pin-point the production year.

For years the standard price for a Hei Hei in the UK was £500-£600

Amazingly they seem to have increased in value a bit where most other old bikes have dropped in value so I agree that a fair price now would be about £700

Yep. Here in Spain you wouldn't believe how expensive they are. I would say the most expensive popular brand from the 90. They ask 2.100€ for the Hei Hei frame !

Take a cheap Ryanair to the Uk and take one back. You are still less than 50% of the cost.
