Looks great Sean, how did them V brakes work on the Nova?
They were good, i got no complaints at all. Obviously because they arent like hydraulic disks where one touch of the lever will lock the wheel, you have to anticipate that you are going to need to brake a bit earlier before every turn to stop you from going off course, but the brakes themselves are quite powerful and have new pads. Also the boosters help to make them stiffer and sharper. If i was still using cantilevers though, then they would not have coped :)

That's good to know because due to being out of work I'm putting what I have on mine i.e yellow judys & V's as opposed to the planned maguras & SL Ti's :(
I would say that v's are the way to go anyway, or maybe just a magura on the front. Mine had yellow judy's on it before and they really didnt look right. Would you still like first dibs on the SIDs if i move them on?

Sean

Thanks, a lot of effort (and probably too much cash) has gone into them. the bike has been left untouched in the garage for a while as im not really into biking so much at the moment. But the z2's have been fitted, they prop the front end up a bit and give the bike a better riding position than the SIDs, they work nicely and look pretty decent as well. Got no pictures to update yet though

Sean :)
