94 Gt Tempest 15" Suit kids or girlfriend

hi, got a 94 tempest for sale

15" Frame from bb to seat post, came to me stripped so gave it a polish. usual marks, dents and scrapes both nothing serious

Rock Shox Indy S Forks. Not great to look at but functionally ok

26" wheels. Gt hub with unknown rim on front, shimano hub with d521 on rear. newish tyres on both.

Mix of original Gt bits and add ons.
Outer ring of cranks has a few teeth missing, seat post scratched, brake levers marked, rear mech scuffed.usual stuff really. New inner cables. All ready to ride. or strip it and start again if you wish

I will aim high at a very hopeful £100 but i know you lads will let me know what it's really worth.

if it rides anything like my GT, which i suspect it would, its a great price for a great bike IMO.

possibly interested in the bike as a basis for a friend's bike... the frame, post and wheels at least should be good enough, possibly the brakes *thinking out loud* has the frame been lacquered? will it oxidise easily? sorry, only ever had one GT and that was painted

Also can I have top tube and effective top tube length in cms please? And standover height? Sorry, just my mate's smallllllllllll!
