are you sure it's a '94? only there's no rear canti cable hanger on the frame.......could be '96 or later?

What are your plans for the paint?

Olá,

No I´m not sure about 94. I bought this frame really cheap with this collor and the guy told me it is 94. You are right; no cant hangle or someone took this of.
The fork is Tange
I sow a picture of a 94 and it is silver with blue "DiamondBack".
Any sugestion?

My best guess is '96-'98, based on the lack of canti cable stop.

Is the original paint still underneath the yellow? That would narrow it down.

I did a research at bikealog.com and mtbr and no doubt about 1994.
DB made cromoly Axis in 92, 94 and 96 but in 96 the cable position was diferent than mine. I think someone took the cants hangle of.
I sow diferent opitions of color, dark green, silver and black and undeneath the yelloe is black.

Like i keep saying ,I prefer em older.Like the missus .
Had a good ride on the old girl last week .we just fit together.nearly threw me off at one point as I was taking liberties.It's taken years to get to a point where I know what I can get away with.We were both filthy at the end ,but she scrubs up Ok.

If it's black all over that would make it a '95 Axis with the cable hanger removed, allowing for market differences :?

As there are a multitude of options with the TT Lite frameset (Axis, Apex, Vertex) if the original paint and decals are still there I think you should carefully strip the yellow paint off, then we can have a proper look!
