'92 Titanium Red Frame

Like I said it was a non-standard frame, sorry for causing offense to you all. I'll spare you the rebuild and pics are removed so as not to raise the blood pressure of the Kona intelligentsia to dangerous levels.

Sorry for farting at your dinner party, simply wanted to share the stoke

Thanks for the welcome lads...

I don't think anyone was getting their knickers in a twist about it Cecil, and definitely no offence caused.

I'm fairly certain they were trying to tell you that you may have been duped. Put the pics back up, everyone here is fairly sound, they'll help you identify what you have got, rather than what you have been sold, if that makes sense.

i wasnt trying to offend and wasnt offended myself. was merely thinking that if you had been duped with you only having had the bike for a week you might be able to do something about it by getting your money back off the seller if you had paid Ti prices :?

Fair Play buddy, you announced that you had a 92 Titanium Kona, which are quite rare and desireable so lots of folk came to have a look. Clearly the frame you pictured was not in fact a 92 Kona of any decription be it titanium or otherwise.

If you have what you believe to be an older (retro) bike there then by all means start a new thread asking folk to help identify it, supplying as many close ups etc as possible. That way we can probably help you to identify what it is.

We are not an unfriendly bunch.

as was said this was not a kona hence why the pics have gone, sorry you feel embarrassed mate but no-one was having a go.
