In the end, the components differing from the Team Elite build are:
- the stem: Answer ATAC vs Syncros Cattleprod;
- the handlebar: Answer Hyperlite vs Syncros Flatbar;
- the handlebar grips: WTB Trail Grips vs onZa Porcipaws;
- the saddle: Odyssey SveLte-Ti Kevlar vs Odyssey SveLte Hi-Performance with titanium rails;
- the seatpost binder: Mountain Cycle S-Series vs unknown;
- the bottom bracket: Shimano XTR vs Syncros;
- the tyres: Panaracer Smoke/Dart vs onZa Racing Porc's Kevlar;
- the pedals: onZa H.O. vs Shimano PD-M747.
I may be tempted to match the cockpit one day if I succeed at getting a Syncros handlebar. And maybe the bottom bracket too. But my saddle is higher-end than the Team Elite build, so I'll keep it. Choice of the pedals is imposed by my other bikes and shoes. No comment on the tyres; I need rideable ones.
