I’m a purist… but I recognize it’s s cool version.
Perhaps white saddle….

About Pepperoni recal : only 1”1/4 92 pepperoni were recalled because of the aluminum steerer too brittle.

I'd also suggest a white/grey saddle, and a black seatpost. General rule: seatpost and stem should match If sticking with the black seat, maybe black grips also.

I'm struggling to find a nice condition white turbo saddle... the repro ones look don't quite look right
