There is no end to my er, genius.
Take a look at all your bar ends. of about a dozen pairs, only one actually has bars that come off at 90 degrees. I needed these and they were old and tatty so perfect.
Cutting them down I saw what i'd hoped to find. A welded seam with a plug.
The cut pieces were placed in the other end to make handles for grinding. Stubs were offered up regularly and cooled frequently until a fit was achieved.
Then, find your longest bars. Chrome would be nice. ~Needs to be about 700
