Ya they’re crazy but Im trying to loosely follow along with Alan Bonds list of materials for the fisher replica so we’ll see how it goes.

Here is how I shimmed my motorcycle levers to accept the smaller bicycle cables. I used a bicycle brake adjusting barrel and a small thin brass pipe from the hardware store.

Found a bike at the auction with these rims any thoughts if they would work for this build? I think gold with this frame would be sharp.

Went through some of my wheels and found these. Minty and 1.75 wide. Not sure the brand “Shining” but they would match the finish on the drums and the bars very well. Still might try to get the gold weinmanns from auction to see how they look but nice to know I have these as well.

I like the profile on the wide rim. The Shining would be murderous. Like, an axe murderer
