Thomson's are 25.4 but as above, some careful adjustment with a lady friends nail file would do the job wouldn't it?

Sure did: I own two.

Everything they made used to be available in black or silver. It's only relatively recently they've been restricting the availability of silver finish to certain sizes.

zero degree stem

Easton did a chunky zero degree stem in magnesium called the EM90 in black. Its 1 1/8 inch and 26.0. Bit pricey but might do the job.

I have a bunch of Control Tech 26.0's in zero here... They are in a bin somewhere, all 1" though
