1996 Marin Ultimate Titanium

Silver for me if you're actually intending to ride it in anger off-road. Anything else gets scratched up pretty fast on rocks!

Though I do kind of like the look of a properly battered set of black pedals...
 
Having a pedal crisis.

Thoughts please ?

Standard Silver - Classic
Chrome - Proper Shiny
Oil Slick - stand out.

That's a toughie. I like the chrome a lot, but do you reckon it'll tie in nicely with the finish on other parts?

The oil slick isn't to my tastes but will certainly make it look a properly updated / "modern" build if that's what you're going for.

The silver you just can't go wrong with IMO, but maybe a bike like this deserves something a little more special.
