This frame has undergone various builds in the 5 years I've had it, from a fairly modern build, a period correct build with m900 and Amp forks, a singlespeed build and a drop bar build. I never got it built in a way I was completely happy with, and it often went months without being ridden. At one point it was stripped and listed for sale.
I found some titanium forks on ebay this year, and decided to build it again with mostly titanium parts.
It's now probably my favourite bike. I recently completed the Whitehaven to Sunderland coast to coast and this was the bike I did it on. As you'd expect with a lot of titanium parts, it's very compliant. It accelerates incredibly and climbs effortlessy but is twitchy at high speeds.
