Whoever is selling that is basically selling the frame for 750 and all the other stuff is free. IMO a super deal considering everything coming on that frame. If you're a lover of the Titec stuff, the seat post, stem and bars are in one place; the tri-power is complete where as sourcing those separately in a reasonable amount of time is pure luck.
