The forks are Quadra 21's?

No they are Mag 21's!!! Please have a look at the photo's. Very different forks to the Quadra's if I remember. Another unique element to this bike.

Bontrager had these made especially for this bike. Slightly different geometry from standard. The Crown is custom to Keith’s spec & with boots. The Legs are Silver like the Quadra's that's all.

Remember Keith was the guy who help design the Rock Shox with Paul Turner

But definitely Mag 21's. They work just as good as the day they were new!!! Hold air great. The sliders are in perfect condition. Again, the legs are scuffed, but nothing a re-spray & a few new stickers wouldn't sort.

The forks are Quadra 21's?

All Bontys had a black Bontrager ( reduced rake ?) crown (my privateer had one even on it's Judy's)and as above boots with no wiper seals for better small bump performance. It looks very clean and tidy for an 18 year old bike

Ah early Quadra's had the silver finish and the 21R's had the yellow, didn' trealise the Mag 21s came in silver - very nice bike
