The forks go 'bang' because they hadn't invented the top out spring and negative travel in the MAG20*, not till the MAG21 will you see that. They also may need tuning a little.

Have you placed a lining in the rear brake noodle thing ?

It is in my eye's one of the iconic retro bikes of the era.

cheers ben,tried a lining but the holes only just big enough for the cable.ill try and get something similar engineered that works better.
