I was thinking find someone with a right angle air drill (looks like a heavy duty dentist drill) and drill a 3/32 hole at the end of the crack. Looks like it hasn't migrated past the weld on the bottom of the top tube, and will go through the head tube and into the inside of the top tube.

Great idea! Thanks. As luck would have it, I have access to a dentists drill!

How to remove Manitou System FS suspention pivot pins

Today was spent mostly goofing off and planning next steps.

I did a little mock up build today. I'm still waiting on the arrival of some parts;
XTR headset, Cranks and Cassette so don't take this one to heart

I'm aware that I messed the lacing on the rear wheel. 30 years of wheel building and I still screw up that #1 spoke sometimes :roll:
I'm ok with it this time as I want to replace that rim anyway. It's had a hard life and needs replacement. m231 psp if anyone has a minty one for sale.

I also placed the Easton decal to low. No worries, I've got more.

Anything else? comments? Critique welcomed.

Black walls if you ask me, but I have never been a big fan of amberwalls, I dont see what all the fuss is about

Neither. It's clear anodizing.
