It’s kinda polished, but there’s no way I’m getting it back to what it would’ve been in the showroom.

It’s really light at the moment, it’s currently got quite a few ti upgrade but on it. I say as it stands without pedals it’s sub 10, pedals weigh 320g and all it needs are elastomers and cables.

Yep she´s a looker. I personally would prefer a somewhat lighter saddle (if only optically), but undeniable a nice turnaround, congrats!

I’ve got about 4 saddles to choose from so it just depends which one is most comfortable really. Brooks ti would be the best option but they’re too expensive

The Marin Ti would certainly look most at home, but I can´t fault anyone not wanting to ride on them. By a wide margin the most uncomfortable saddle I´ve ever had the displeasure placing my sensible parts on.

Yeah but the ti is knackered, if it’s really that bad to ride on then I’ll happily sell it cheap. But Itll probably never sell if they get the reputation they get now

Anyway I’m currently looking at some xc pro champagne pedals as well, I’ve found a set so I’ll probably sell the comps. Anyone want them if I do manage to secure the pros? They’ll be regreased and I’ll be looking for the same I paid for them.

Also got some neon cable outers.

Pace forks were serviced, I found the pesky little shim in the original headset so I removed it and the forks are done. As said in the title, it’s done, not finished, as I have just slapped the original cables on just so I can ride it home.

One word to describe handling? Bouncy and comfy

It’s quite light even with the brooks and even lighter with a ti saddle.



Very happy with it neon cable housing to come and it still needs a bit of polish, but till then my friends.
