1992 Litespeed Mountain Custom

Rambo Mambo

Kona Fan
Why do I love my bikes to not sport a chain or cables until I actually ride them? Curious.

In any case here’s my keeper. Gil at RD sorted the decals and I am responsible for the rest.

Again a marmite build with the Magura and the brown bits but it’s pretty neat nonetheless.

Ti stem, seatpost, frame.

Reissue Turbo saddle and the rest speaks for itself.

A penny for any thoughts? ☺️

The Magura's look spot on with the decals. Would be interested in your Serial Number to compare with mine (Which I think is a '92)

Sorry don’t know I posted no reply. The number 6956 is stamped in the drive side drop out. AX is stamped onto the BB shell. Litespeed confirmed that it was a custom build.

Like that a lot, *just* the right amount of fluoro and the brown bits look decent to me.

Side note - in the roadie scene there's a er... 'convention' shall we say that saddle matches bar tape/grips (see rule #8 at https://www.velominati.com). Less usual with MTB but almost always looks very good...

Thanks for tip - the saddle and grips do match as I kind of almost went that automatically that way. Onza Porcipaw brown reissue and the brown suede Turbo saddle works nicely ❤️

This has change a little. A bit cheekier maybe? 🤔 😇 not the best photos but you get the drift
