1991 Titanium Litespeed build thread

As in you don't know what a link is?

Look under Wadsy's post - there's a list of his builds...... find the bike you want to look at and click it

@henrysthreeironbands

Are you downright rude?

When asking for help it is generally considered polite to do so nicely, so how about "links please?" or "Could I have a link?"

As for giving any further assistance - you've smoked that one dude.

I removed it, as I do not see a reason for sinking to your level of attacking other, and regretted the hardship the message would cause your soul. Also, I will block you so that you will not see my messages. Have a great evening :)

It is with sadness and reluctance that I write my response.

Like you, I am currently browsing the forum on a mobile, and, granted you cannot see the links in my "sig" as you could on a PC.

However, in order for me to post a link, I would have to search, something which you could do yourself.

Also, simply to post "link?" rather than "could you post a link please?" is similarly lazy.

I believe Carge's comments to be quite valid and align with my disappointment and sadness at the attitudes that appear to be pervading Retrobike now.

I have contributed greatly to the forum for many years, but my disillusionment at such behaviour turns me away from continuing to do so and thinking of my health rather than the stress inducing, selfish and lazy behaviour that appears all too common now.

I have made many good friends through RB which has helped me greatly through many continued very difficult years. But I am relieved to wind down my involvement as rude, lazy behaviour is too detrimental to me.

Some links I've searched out for you...

Your call. How you choose to respond to this, as well as any other matter, is your decision and no one elses.

There are ppl from all around the world here, people from different cultures and who do not have english as first language. It should be a good thing for the forum. However, then everyone has to accept that things may get lost in translation. Eg as in this case, many places in the world no one would mind someone asking for a link with a quick mobile msg.

I hope you find peace. ✌️
