Up for sale I have another bike from my collection. A 1991 MBK Tracker Hi Tech. This has been my commuter for the last year or so and is mostly to the original spec. Back in 1991, I believe this was MBK's top offering. Being a French company I'm not too sure how many were sold over here but I don't recall seeing another one of these in recent times. Rare? Maybe.
She's a solid bike but she has had a hard life. There are lots of stone chips all over as well as scuffs and a bit of fading to the beautiful two tone paint job but the frame and fork are largely rust free.
I was running the bike with mudguards and a front rack and it was such a comfy ride with those bars. Since I've decided to sell - I've switched out the shifters to some DX STis, replaced the saddle with an original-ish Avocet, fitted a LX wheelset and new tyres and replaced all the cables and brake pads. If the bars and stem aren't for you - I do have the original 3T stem to fit and I'm sure I could find a set of flat bars
She's not perfect by any means but I've loved every mile in the saddle and the paint job is striking - even with all the stone chips.
