1990 Diamondback Ascent - Finished 19/12

I've just bought a 1991 Ascent and it is definately True Temper AVR tubing.

1st ride today and despite the snow and ice it seemed to perform very nicely

Off out again tomorrow morning but more snow is forecast overnight so it might be another slippery one

'cos the 91 would be "Solid Neon Orange" in colour, and at least according to the brochure, wasn't AVR, only the Ascent EX (and Apex) were (in 91, at least).

Yes its a very bright neon orange and its got 100% original True Temper AVR decals on it.

I never got round to sorting a thread out for my 91 Ascent I only had it for a ride or two then something else forced me to sell it on.

Yours looks very nice and in excellent condition, looking forward to more pics.
