Both are up for sale and in very good condition.

Condition of the 1989 is 7/10
Condition of the 1991 is 8/10
No dents, no rust. Just some marks of the time on the decals And a few chips on the 1989. Besides that, the plastic on the levers is not THAT dark after all these years. One more word about the 1991: It's XT Group set is wonderfull collectable and came race ready with the new STI Version back when I bought it. So it's XT II equipped. Overall the 1991 is near mint. I rode it far less than the 1989.

First my 1989 Scott Pro
I love the colors.

The EX3 frame and fork makes it very special within the Scott bike history. In the entire Scott steel portfolio, just two frames were not (!) made of Ritchey/Tange.

The 1989 Scott Pro is the first of them,
made from Ishiwata EX3, tripple butted Steel.
You could call the geometry "extreme", not alone by it's comparably long reach and small stack but more for the fork which was build with the same goals in mind as the project two forks, later build by Kona.

The 1991 Pro Racing on the other hand was far less extreme in it's geometry, due to it's more stack oriented build - but it is the only ever made fillet brazed frame in Scotts stable. The frame is an italian hand made tubing, with a one of a kind steel composition.

350gbp for the 1989
750gbp for the 1991

Shipping for 25 gbp via DHL and of course with great love and care in a bike pack.
