15" or 16 " full build

Hi looking for something nice for my wife to ride 15 or 16 inch frame hard tail not to worried about suspension but really depends on what it is up to about 1k more if need be but also less a small Pace RC200/ Kona, Dave Yates well will consider any nice bike
