Putting my Sixar back to near original 1981 setup. Its back from the paint shop and looking fine.
I aim to get as original as possible, and that includes going back to tubs. Having looked at whats hanging in my garage, my old sprints all need too much TLC to make them look good again.
If you have a nice set of sprints (126 OLN ) sitting there doing nothing, is it time to move them on? What have you got ?

For general interest, this was one of the first 5 Tommassini factory produced frames that were imported after Brian and Pete had stopped working with George Stenhouse and before they went to Cougar.View attachment 595292

Hi, can I ask where you sourced your Sixar decals, I’m about to restore my heavily scratched Sixar frame.
Always wanted one, used to work with Pete and Brian as a Saturday boy building bikes and wheels. Now I have one and want to do it justice.

I got mine off H Lloyd Cycles. Good luck with the restoration.
