when i bought my quasars(new)they came with a headset reducer included...i had them fitted to my sannie and i loved them ...they had a few faults(ie main clamp bolt was rubbis as it stripped waaay to easy,and the bolt that the elastomer sat on kept loosening off all the time.apart from that they were great.this is why i had girvins fitted now...i couldnt get me some quasars ....oh well
