For a cross bike get some Kore cross cantis,easier to set up than Frog legs but with the same wide profile and price :D

Have to agree with John,I've had real problems on long wet rides with normal grips so now all my modern bikes have lock-ons but all the retro stuff has ATI/ODI mushroom grips 8)

After getting sick of cold feet(not wet) last winter I bought some North Wave celcius boots and hey presto the end of cold feet! I wear them with merino wool socks and whilst water can get in over the top they do keep your feet warm. They do size up quite small though,I bought a size larger...

And I've just got back from a 2hr blast :D time for work now :cry:

Sorry,was mainly inteterested in the cleats,they're £15 on their own!pedals aswell would have been a bonus.Got way too many pairs of shoes already(and I'm only a 9 :oops: )

Sorry Si,can't make the 27th,I'm working most of Christmas and Christmas day and the 27th are the only days me and the Mrs will be together,she's pretty relaxed about my riding most of the time so I'm gonna let her have this one. Would love a go on the Moots some other time :D
