what a perfect day, chuffed 4u mate! my day consisted of a ~6 /7 mile very hungover road ride into headwind on my 72' single speed, followed by ~6/7 miles back home with tailwind with susp. fork and pair of tyres strapped to my back  what made it worse was I foolishly skipped brek so I was weaker than a newborn kangaroo by time I got to my destination...

right now i hate you . . . . . i was at work at 5.30 am and pretty much have only just got in. :(

same for the next 5 days aswel

Stumpjumper

Sounds like one of those perfect rides where everything feels great.

Then again you were on the Stumpy, what else could it be ;)

Savour the feeling for as long as you can, as I find these rides just happen when you least expect them, and you cant force them.

This morning was foul. Decided to sack off any thoughts of riding.

But, whilst eating lunch sat in the conservatory I saw blue sky and sun. Rang my mate, said we're going out, grabbed my bike and made the most of the afternoon.

Unplanned rides are the best.
