The C16-R is nice & light. The major diff being the tube diameter, the steerer tube is 1" compared to the P7 @ 1" 1/8. Will probably get slated for this but I don't care ! New Magura's mm!!

Many thanks anthony. I am indeed blessed! I will not be doing a retro build have some nice Magura odurs 85 for the P7. I have been riding the C16-r and it goes like shit off a shovel!!

Hi if I have a 29.6mm seat post tube, can you tell me what size clamp I need please? If you're nice I will post some before & after picks of my C16R circa 97. Not that retro but 'in keeping' build.

That's a Montage colour, but they are not Montage graphics. Not the same as the one I had anyway. Mine were just yellow & black decals. May have been a later model. I had mine from approx 87. Nice tubes though! oh!

Can anyone help? I am trying to date an Orange (mandarin) P7 with blue rst suspension forks. There is no catalogue in the archive for 98 and I have a feeling it's that year.
