Stage 1 is now: It's in pieces. The frame: I will do some touch up, give the paint a new wax coat and rust preventive oil will be sprayed into the frame.

Build will be typical Dutch pragmatic.

I built my Zieleman with full suntour superbe with exception of simplex
retrofriction deraillers.
I keep toying with changing it to full campag but for now I'm
happy with the suntour.
Your frame is in much better condition than mine, I know mine
will need a repaint eventually.
