if you can afford to speculate to accumilate, i recomend buying aq complete bike off ebay and selling the bits you dont need. i have done this on a few occasions, netting me effectively free wheels and frames etc. another top idea is to list stuff in the for sale section for swapsies. there's ;lots of people out there who would rather swap than buy and sell.
