You too can be Hans Rey! (Blue Ano Zaskar content)

Hi Ringo,

Perhaps a bit of a Nooby question (I'm building up a 94 Zaskar) and wondered what the big difference is from the regular model and the LE?

Cheers,
JT

Frame wise nothing... pretty sure it was spec (M900 XTR?).

If you search on Zaskar LE on here, you will find plenty of musings that the frames were different - but i think not..

LE had also CNC'd dropouts and not only seat-post clamp and head-tube.
Also, LE had CNC-d "stiffener" at back top fork.

cheers,
Peter

only the later Zaskar frames were different

but not the early Zaskar frames:

Zaskar - frames from the complete bikes

Zaskar LE - custom frames

Hmm my frame was originally bought (by my brother) as a frame only with just Zaskar stickers, though it does have machined rear dropouts and an integrated seat clamp.

Will post pic on Monday when I get chance.
