Hey nice build. Just found it when doing a coffee fuelled search for yeti fros.

I agree fully with your choice on converting over to discs. Years back I made and brazed on my own rear disc tab onto one of my yoeddy frames. That bike has now done thousands of miles in all sorts of places and was turned from being a nice bike to ride into a bloody excellent usable all seasons bike to ride. The brakes work better, pads last longer, rims last longer, no more squealing etc etc. I still have another older untouched yo so I can get my shitty brake fix when needed.
