Retrobike Rider
I was riding down Sticks Pass in the Lakes. The downtube hit a large rock that was sitting up in the middle of the trail. I'd lost most of my speed by the time of impact. I carried on riding the frame for a couple of months after before it started creaking. To be fair I never fully investigated if it was the downtube or something else. In that time the frame never rode any differently.
Given that it's in the middle of the tube in should be an easy repair, but I now have other bikes so I haven't had it repaired
