xtr m960 v-brakes info needed re: which levers to use

I have some xtr m960 v-brakes but no levers. Would these work ? - https://static.evanscycles.com/producti ... 9999-1.jpg

Those are the dual shifter ones but I was always under the impression they were never that good and for disc brakes only

Yes, they will work.

They made two versions, one for hydro and one for cable, these are the cable ones, with the adjuster for the cable and the slot to put the cable in

They are strange to use to start with, but they do work and like anything new you will soon get used to them.

Not sure how much these ones are but they come up cheap now and again on the bay

I'd put a Wanted ad for a set of these as their not that popular for some reason.

Thanks for the info, the mags went hard on giving bad reviews at the time so think that's why they aren't popular. Have put a wanted ad up and I'll give them a go if someone has a pair
