If you can't find any spare parts I would ask around and see if you can get some made up at an an engineering firm or someone with a lathe and a few spare minutes as neither part is complicated so wouldn't take long or cost the earth. I would have obliged but just lost my job and access to being able to knock up my own parts until further notice. Perks of being a toolmaker.......
