I'd say that it's pretty hard to build an aluminum frame that is misaligned.
You are building on a jig the whole time while welding so it sounds like this frame was damaged during transport?
Anyhow, I vouch for the high quality welds and frame construction of Ventanas. They are unsurpassed in my view. And if that's not saying something FTW says so too!
