WTD: Little square tabbed plate off Campag downtube levers.

I have some Victory or Athena (haven't checked) levers and have lost these little tabbed washers somewhere. Now I would like to use them - alas....!

They are round but have a square hole for fitting over the boss - with a little tab 'stop' on the end.

Has anyone got a pair? or even a tatty set with the washers included?
