Interested to see what is out there, 58-61cm pre 1988 steel frame & forks, preferably nice but not super nice/expensive i.e. 531 would be good, pristine Colnago's etc likely too rich for me!
Looking for sub £200 frames in decent condition - concours condition not expected, but after something that doesn't need restoring (minor scratches/blemishes etc are fine, rat bikes less so!) before swapping over the period Campy bits from my too small Orbit frame.
So, what is out there? And open to swap/ part exchange for an Orbit America 531 frame/forks/maybe BB,headset, seatpost depending on what is needed for the new frame. I need to double check the sizing but around 55cm I think, good condition apart from a fair bit of scratching on top tube from previous owner that could be touched up or resprayed...
