Wrench for Weinmann 600 Carrera Brake Calliper

Hi,
I want to dismantle a pair of the above brakes to give them their first clean in 30 years, after taking them of a donated bike, but you need a special wrench that looks like an allen key, but is open, but solid at the end. The opening fits a hex nut.

Does anyone have a spare one I can buy?

if its what i remember, the black plastic thingy pulls off and then use the appropriate socket from a socket set.

Hi thnks for that, I had assumed that as it spun when turned and I could see a hex nut, that you had to unscrew the nut first.

Brakes now dismantled and being cleaned.

The thing that threw me were the instructions I found on the new which mentions a wrench!
