Is there a good mate or a family member who may have some storage space you could use? I currently have a similar problem with space and therefore considering asking my sister who has more space than I do, to look after a bike or two for me. Put them in a box after you have dismantled and wrapped up in bubble wrap.
Of course, remember to make a note who has what just in case down the line you forget what you have and where!

coming back to the subject, the red rourke is the first full resto i completed, and looking at it has got to be the rarest bike i have... but how rare is the 89 ridgeback 605 which is 99% as it left the factory still.

people say sbike 503 is not all that rare but the only other person i know with one is raging bulls on here and hes in belgium. also when i mention sbike people say they have never heard of them...

cannondale m800 beast, another full resto that turned out fantastic and is one bike i cant stop looking at. ok they may not be all that rare but the work and time i put in on this means i cant let it go just yet....... jesus its getting harder....

the only thing i have left down the cellar that i would like to restore is an 89 jamis diablo....then thats it i cant take anymore :x :x :facepalm:

Any pics of the 89 605 Ridgeback ? That was/is a rare bike and should be the keeper. Fillet brazed Prestige, perfect geo and an amazing ride.

Hummm....had a quick search and only found a rear triangle shot, still nice though. Particularly love that exact bike as i could not afford it at the time but it was sooo pretty and would make a great tourer.
