Worthy of Restoration ?????

Dirt Disciple
I've had this tucked away in my garage for some time now and am wondering if the guys in the know would deem it worthy of restoration.

renovations? that depends, what room did you plan to put the bike in?

i'd say you should do a restoration on the bike first before deciding what room to renovate!

;)

   Damn!!! thought I was on the retro bike forum!!!! Can anyone tell me where to find the experts on past mountain bikes then??

Seriously though, thanks for pointing out my mistake, now maybe I can get some feedback on the real question.

Pooky, I think that Brocklanders is right -- if the thought of taking this project on gets you excited, then you're going to get a great sense of satisfaction when you bring that MTB back to life.

But if you're not bothered one way or the other, then you could always give it to somebody who'll give it a go.

It is no worse than a clockwork looking at it, so if you fancy a go then why not.
I wouldn't spend loads on it.

Any idea what fox it is and era ?

Looks early 90's in design ('91/'92) (compared to other bikes of that era)

EDIT:
Sorcerer Pro, it's in the picture title  which would be there top end steel MTB... ?

You would also have to join this lot for rides ;)

Okay, rims were odd but just scored another front wheel that will need to be stripped down and the rim laced onto my original rear hub to give me a matching pair of Araya VP-20 rims (as original ) on original hubs. Only a couple of parts to find and then I'm away and all will be as original.
Needing some help with the year to be honest.

Anybody got a Shimano Exage ES dual SIS brake lever with 7-speed quickfire (rear) they are willing to part with?

Here's the front one:

Exage ES the original brake/shifters ?
If so it dates it as a 1993 model.

and if so, then not so high end.

Or is that just what you have lying around.
