Koga is a Frisian brand.
Last two letters of the owner and his wifes name. Surely there is a wiki on that.
His name is Gaastra and hers is Polish? so Ko.. something.

Frames were made in Japan and assembled in the Netherlands.
3 of my bikes are Koga's, one is in the March BOTM comp, but I'm not holding my breath winning it.

I was planning on entering mine into BOTM, but I fear it’s not nice enough 😸
 
That's not the point of BOTM though.
Everyone with enough money can build a bike that wins, not everyone likes their bike as much as the other owners.

Knowing the Polish, the rest of the name likely contains no vowels 😹
 
That's not the point of BOTM though.
Everyone with enough money can build a bike that wins, not everyone likes their bike as much as the other owners.
I guess! The problem being my wallet is empty and I’m unemployed :) Still worth a shot though!
