It is a Norwegian bike: "The Cambrium" from Hard Rocx, a really beautiful frame with lovely details.

its a 1998 ATX 830 world cup edition underneath that awful green and black colour scheme.

I have to say I find that colour scheme absolutely fantastic but I also have horrid taste

I recently finished throwing parts at this chromoly Iron Horse Maverick I found curbside. Nothing flash, 100% utility.
Should serve quite well as a pub bike!
