Woodrup Reply:
"We are currently building the Bob Jackson frames in the same frame shop as
our Woodrup frames. It wasn't viable to keep the Bob Jackson business
running as a separate entity.
The Jackson frames are tending to follow a more classic and traditional
aesthetic with the Woodrup builds being more modern.
We had hoped to batch build some stock Bob Jackson frames (Audax and
Vigorelli), but we've been building custom only due to a healthy demand in
both brands.
We've been working on a Bob Jackson gravel bike concept over the last year
or so, which we named The Phoenix to reflect the brand rising again.
We hoped to combine a classic and recognisable Bob Jackson silhouette with
modern technology.
We completed our first Phoenix for a customer last week which is pending
collection on Saturday, I've attached images of the original concept build
(with chrome and carbon) and the first production bike (steel fork).
Our next Jackson frame to go in the jig will be a classic 631 Audax, the
orders have been quite varied which is great.
Please let me know if you have any other questions."
