This is a set of wheels I had built and never used.They have been in the shed for too long now so must go.
Wolber Gentlemen GTA 32 hole silver rims 32 hole.
Campag Mirage front hub
Shimano RSX rear
DT butted spokes
13/23 7 spd cassette
I think I was going to pollish of the rsx logo leaving a pair of shiny classic looking wheels.Who knows though.There will be a pair of new skewers as well.Sorry pics aren't great.

I'm going to ask some really newbie questions here as I've done a bit of reading about these rims and I can't seem to find a definative answer, so sorry if what I'm asking sound a bit daft.
First off are they 700's? Secondly, what size tyre would be ideal for them? Finally, what's the width of the rear as it'd be replacing a 6 speed. Thanks very much.

Don't worry about silly questions.I ask them all the time.
Yes they are 700c.
23,25 or 28 would be best on them.
The rear is spaced at 128mm but could be changed to suit your frame as I have some other new axles that would fit.So could go out to 130 or in to 126 what width is the rear end on your frame ?

Few questions

Hi, could you answer a few questions for me please?

1. is the freehub UG or HG?
2. the spacing is 128mm at the moment. Would there conveniently be a 1mm spacer on each side, to make it a 126mm without redishing?
3. How much do they weigh?

It is a hg freehub.
I can respace and redish no problem to 126mm.
No idea how heavy will try and balance on the kitchen scales tonight.

I'm not sure what I should be measuring here. My frame's away being painted at the moment but I've still got the wheels here. I've measure the total distance inside the axle, from end to end, it's 133mm. This'd be the bit the skewers go through with the final 5mm or so on each side going through the frame. The inside depth of the axle, the width that the frame would be once the skewers are in and tightened, is 122mm.

Also, I wouldn't worry about the weight if it's for my benefit, the 15 stone on the back's the issue, not a couple of grammes on the wheels!

The wheels are about 1800g on the kitchen scales.I can adjust the back end down to 122mm if you want them.jm.
