I still have to put mudguards and security skewers on, and I'll probably change the tyres for Schwalbe Big Bens. With maybe even the new Almotion on the back. (My route is a mixture of road and gravel.)

Paramo Velez Adventure Light: a shell so great than cycling in winter rain is just fun.

Cheap neoprene gloves. I have Sealskinz, but the neoprene ones are better.

I'll be on my retro Scott, just bought some Schwalbe Marathon tyres for winter duties.
Fortunately my journey to work is fairly short, so I get away with wearing my Altura winter gloves.
