Hey, no knocking Konaretro! We should all be grateful to Stewart Pratt for establishing that site and for keeping it on line, even though he no longer has the time to develop it any further. There was also the ring-bound booklet shown above for 1996 (and maybe 95, but I haven't seen one) that is also difficult to scan because the rings get in the way, and the photos are very small and not very clear anyway.
