Bit of a thread resurrection.
But here is the (work in progress) finished article.
Just a year late, and just about build in time for my daughter's 10th birthday.
The "to do" list:
Swap out the tyres, I fitted my slicks to get it finished.
Keep an eye out for a nicer set of V's - these are a miss-matched set.
Find a nice set of 8 speed shifters - currently using 7 speed on an 8 speed wheel.
Sort cable lengths at the same time as sorting the above.
All in it stands me at approx £130 which, all things considered is a much better bike than anything I could buy off the shelf for that price.
