Also, what size seatpost does that frame take?

Not sure yet. I'm picking it up tomorrow so will measure it then.

i had a girlfriend who was 4 ft 8"- i'd second the 24" wheels. i bought an old gt of here that had 24" wheels and a tiny frame and after adjustments it was perfect

I was thinking along 24" wheels line, but found that frame so cheap is would be daft to pass on it. And to be fair at the rate she grows she'll be on a 29er soon anyway

12.5" frame. Still 26" wheels iirc.

You could run it in 20" but you'd need it to be disc I think.
